A) Jan 2021 - April 2022
- I worked on MSSQL and provided technical support to the team.
- I have acted as the lead for HCM module in the project
- I answered any queries or doubts that raise for the HCM module
- April 2022 , I provided end to end support for the code movement for the HCM module and it was moved to production.
B) April 2022 - Current Date
- I started in a new Project on Servicenow Platform
- With 1 week of training I was able to design and develop the TBA Portal , which required knowledge of HTML , CSS and Javascript
- I have acted as a process lead for 3 major process area in the project
- Till date , one of the module is moved to Staging.
- I took additional responsibility and started working on Integration, which required knowledge of Web and Postman.
