Immersion Cooling technique for Pouch-cell

• Case1: - Full battery thermal modeling with sub assembly method for transient thermal analyses.
• Case2: -Compound model Electrical connections by using Chemical Cell method.
• Designed Cooling and Heating of cabins and Battery packs.
• Creating PID controllers for better convergency, to improve accuracy.
• Preparing Post-processing Documents.

Motor and Inventor

• By using Discretization 3D cad converted to 1d model with GEM3D and Conjugate thermal model connection and integrated with full EV power train model for different climate and environments conditions.

Ansa Preprocessing

• Hands on exposure to Topo /Mesh-Commands in ANSA.
• Exposure to Meshing techniques like Map and spot meshing for generating quality and structured mesh.
• Geometry Cleaning and preparing model for CFD Simulations, Fluid domain extraction solids and mesh clean-up along with Ansa check manager efficiently.
• Undergone training for generating surface mesh for STL with wrapping technique.
