Description:

H3G UK, a prominent player in the UK's mobile telecommunications sector and a subsidiary of the Hutchison Group, is the focal point of this project.

IME Mediation module includes CSGI INTERMEDIATE Mediation 9.0.5(for fixed Mediation and Interconnect traffic and CSG route for Interconnect billing along with various downstream as SINGLEVIEW, INSIGHTS, BILLING, RA, OCS, FMS, ICT).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• With involvement in various Mediation and GENESYS Platforms, supported in testing to resolve end-to-end issues.
• Executed rigorous testing procedures, like manual and automation testing, to ensure optimal performance of Telecom Platforms.
• Implemented efficient processes to handle incident and service request tickets in Remedy tool.
• Achieved incident resolution within SLA by analyzing issues thoroughly and delivering prompt and appropriate solutions.
• Ensured 24/7 availability to resolve any issues related to mediation and production support.
• Provided timely and accurate assistance to customers through multiple communication platforms, including phone calls, emails, chats, and remote desktop tools.
• Performed root cause analysis of application issues and identified solutions.
• Responsible for day-to-day systems maintenance, space monitoring, file systems maintenance, file transfer, and performance monitoring.
• Responsible for monitoring whether files are correctly polling, as well as transferring or not. If not, then resolve it within a short time.
• Installed upgrades and security patches for existing applications as needed.

• It offers charting, documentation, revenue management, and health analytics.
• These capabilities ensure up-to-date patient information, accurate diagnosis, and treatment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Developed software applications with Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Implementing MVC architecture while developing the code.
• Developing view using JSP tags.
• Testing and debugging of Application, Setting Up MySQL database, and creating database Schema.
• Developing entity class using encapsulation concept.
• Developing repositories in Spring Boot, developing controllers in Spring Boot. Exposing/Consuming RESTful web services.
• Built RESTful APIs using the Spring Boot framework for data transfer between the frontend and backend services.
