Project: 2021 Renewals

  • Renewal is an annual process that covers all product offerings (medical and ancillary) to all lines of business. Renewals are required to be sent 60-90 days before the renewal date based on the line of business (LOB) and the regulations for that LOB.
  • Thoroughly going through requirements, Understanding and analyzing them.
  • Interacting with Onsite Coordinator for any clarifications required.

Project: Enterprise Commerce OA 3.0

  • OEM Activation is the new product activation standard for Microsoft, beginning with Windows 8. The new program enables OEMs to digitally order and receive product keys from, and report computer information to, Microsoft as well as enables activation of software on specific hardware. It is a software sales channel working with around 42 applications and supports efficient and secure validation of genuine Windows as well as other Microsoft products and services.
  • Providing Tier 2 support for BizTalk server 2010; SQL Server 2008 R2 Applications in a technically sophisticated project.
  • Providing Tier 1 support for production issues.
  • Testing of services during Quarter Release and monitoring Business activity, Application and Message Bus using tools like SCOM.

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield Association has issued a mandate to improve outcomes, care management for Medicare Advantage members living outside of a control/home plan service area. It is a new approach for care management and provider engagement of out-of-area group Medicare Advantage (MA) members. This new Plan-to-Plan arrangement is designed to enhance the way blue plans support Medicare Advantage Group accounts and their members who live outside of Home Plan service areas.
