Project Worked upon - SPARTAN Roll Out across whole of Global Banking and Commercial Banking for Real Estate Finance (Present), Integrating all front and and back end systems pertain to Real Estate Finance with on premise Datalake.

• Lead projects as Lead Business Analyst, Work Stream Lead and Project Manager, Product Owner with excellent knowledge of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Waterfall, BTF and Agile methodologies, frame works and processes. Experienced in managing from project inception till implementation.
• Work with business owners and team members to develop detailed PIDs, TORs, Project Plans, RAID, RACI, Project Charter, TOMs etc.
• Working with Operations and IT teams to gather front-to-back requirements for systematic documentation, review and effective delivery of artifacts like BRD, Use Case Scenario, Product backlog, FSD, issue logs, gap analysis docs and functional prototypes etc.
• As a Product Owner/ Lead conduct workshop across executive stakeholders to come up with right problem statement leading to Product Discovery.
