Leading sub-system development team in NPD & ADI to achieve product attribute targets.

Role & Responsibility :-

• Leading Wash Unit, Chassis, ADI & CAD team of 18 Engineers for Laundry Platform.
• Managing Contract Designers to balance Team Dynamics.
• Supporting to execute product and operational strategy with departmental plans in capacity of resource availability.
• Set performance objectives for team based on objectives cascaded from Organization.
• Conducting periodic project reviews & Collaborate with Global platform team to drive & monitor project deliverables through team
• Facilitate team members for day to day work.
• Ensuring execution & integration of product development process (WPD) in the team.
• Supporting platform strategies & technology roadmap in collaboration with Category Leads & Platform Subsystem Leaders.
• Owns all engineering releases, innovation, Cost and Quality targets for Team.
• Resource management for project execution.
• Responsible to manage team with Recruitment, Retention, Engagement & Talent Development.
• Monitor team budget, Travels, Performance appraisals, manage talent pool, support career development plans for team members.
• Coaching, mentoring team members in projects execution.
• Reviewed project goals and objectives on monthly basis with project manager and design team
• Verified construction documentation conformed to quality assurance standards and client requirements

• Participating 3P Kaizen workshop of Cable type Gear Shifter for Small Car (nano) at TATA MOTORS LTD. PIMPRI.
• Completed Two Projects from concept to final design of Cable type Gear Shifter for X1-New Indica & Small Car (nano).
• Completed Two Projects of Washer System for Fiat (Punto & Linea) & Nissan.

• Responsible for Tool Design & Its manufacturing.
• Preparing initial conceptual drawing & its cost evaluation.
• Preparing & Releasing BOM, Assembly & Child part drawings.
• Maintain all Design records & issue of Documents.
• Preparing Process sheet for Manufacturing.

• Planning manufacturing activities for assigned project according to present work load for In-house production & out sourcing at vendors.
• Monitoring Assembly of SPM.
• Inspection & Testing of assembly for Design confirmation.
• Knowledge of Pneumatic & Hydraulic circuits.
