  • To visit different industries in India and abroad (like Thermal power plant, Steel plant, Aluminum smelter plant, Oil refineries, etc.) for performing testing of Wet Cooling Systems and thereafter preparation of the final evaluation reports
  • To collect circulating water samples from industries and then get the water samples tested for different parameters (like Hardness, TDS, Oil & grease, Organic matter, etc)
  • Test water quality delivered from side steam filters
  • To conduct water flow rate measurements required for accessing the cooling system
  • Instruments handling – i) Pitot tube ii) Ultrasonic flow meter
  • To conduct internal inspection of cooling tower to ensure proper workmanship and installation of components as per design

  • Applying analytical techniques the VOCs and Hazardous Air Pollutants within the collected air samples were identified
  • Calculated their odour dispersion pattern and the risk factors involved for the nearby human settlements
  • Collected air samples for analysis of present and future potential of energy generation as methane gas from the dumpsite
  • Helped in final report preparation
