- Honeywell Silver Award "Think Big and make it happen" for completing PDH (oleflex) unit process work in very short time without any rework, which helps to reduce overall schedule by 3 weeks.
- Designed and Installed duplex spent catalyst bed upstream of NHT reactor to mitigate the pressure drop issue and prevent frequent skimming activity, resulting in increased the Reactor run length and saving of shutdown and skimming cost of ~ Rs 2 Cr per skimming.
- Developed Yield estimates matrix with various feeds coming to unit in microsoft excel to help proper production planning.
