1. Product Management:

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for SAP Concur Expense, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals, and market trends.
• Drive backlog prioritization and coordinate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Facilitate dependency management and alignment across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Support portfolio planning efforts and ensure roadmap deliverables meet strategic objectives.

6. Continuous Improvement:

• Apply Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement principles to enhance product quality and delivery processes.
• Drive innovation by proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing challenges.

• Responsible for the deployment and/or the ongoing support of cloud-based (SAAS) products and solutions (SAP CONCUR) as Implementation Project Manager (IPM)
• This includes frequent customer interactions throughout the life cycle of the customer engagement and Solution Implementation
• Experience over handling Professional and Premium customers across the regions (APAC, EMEA, US) for SAP CONCUR Expense, Invoice, Travel Request -products
• Assessment of customer needs, eliciting requirements, designing the solution and delivery
• Support and maintain project plan for deployment and support
• Active role in data gathering for the implementation
• Provides on-going support of cloud-based(SAAS) products
• Implement processes across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP)

• Working very closely with the Auditing team by assisting them with issues & clarifications
• Ensuring the expenses/Revenue are debited/credited to the appropriate GL account
• Preparing Month end Reconciliation for the department
• Comparing the entries as per GL and BU data, providing explanation in case of any discrepancies
• Handling all issues like vendor and payment issues
• Strictly monitoring the payments and ensuring that all the orders with payment discrepancies are tackled by checking the order fees manually & emailing the orders to technical team to have them changed on a day to day basis
• Reporting the billing & payment status to the VP, Directors, and Senior Manager in US & also to the Senior Management in India
