• Led the end-to-end delivery of Data Management Support for Field Operations & Information Management team
• Responsible for the development and implementation of the SAS analytics engine which houses the critical health care data meeting the data needs of the analysts and decision-makers at Market Analytics and Business strategy department.
• Developed high impact customized tools like salesforce effectiveness tracker, Prescriber target list by product, Contract performance tracker for the end users like market analysts, decision-makers guiding them to make strategic decisions.

During my tenure(8.5 years) at Cognizant Technology Solutions I have played client-facing roles across multiple projects for various clients both onsite and offshore in the Lifesciences domain.

1. IQVIA(Formerly IMS) USA & India:

• Started as a programmer analyst, played multiple roles in the organization to grew up leading a team of 6 members. Responsible to deliver requirements from pharma clients to meet sales performance analytics for decision-making.
• Developed analytical models and internal products/tools for the BAs to access the data extracts for analytical requirements in quick turnaround without the need to write a program in the mainframe environment

2. Amgen(USA):

• Led IBU(Inflammatory) & BHU (Bone Health) business units with a team of Onshore and offshore data analysts
• Analyze the secondary market research data, and develop processes and reports. Present the sales reports and insights to the leadership team/brand teams

3. Genentech(USA & India):

• Led the key initiative for Genentech: Developing new datamart for "Field Operations and Information Management" migration of the brand teams from in-house disparate data sources to IQVIA data sources
• Presented analytical insights and led training across brand teams to drive the successful adoption of the new data mart. Developed self-service tools for the brand leads to get hands-on experience during the user acceptance phase, which is key for the success of the initiative
