Responsibilities:

• Connecting with vendors and getting the quote for critical spares which need spares.
• Preparing material catalogue when there is the need of new material creation and amending the existing material.
• Creating Bill of material and performing quality check to ensure GDQS standard.
• Connected with stakeholders and all end to end partners for process updates.
• Spare part segregation by document review and recognizing correct assembly structure .
• Gave the knowledge transfer of offsite activity to stakeholders in order to educate them about the whole e2e activities.
• Worked as a standardizer for core team, involved in Bom template as well as BR preparation for various projects like BSP and Michigan.

MMST& R&M

• Clearing of Lake VPS by removing materials which are accountable to the wells and reallocating the materials which don’t have vendor inventory to stream or scrapping by transferring to disposal WBS.
• Matching SAP stock with inventory report and performing material movement transactions .
• Ensuring all materials are charged.
• Identifying surplus materials and Initiating goods issue and other movements.
• Material movements such as Well to well movements, Yard to rig, reverse good issue, goods issue.
• MMR creation, amendment, deletion support.
• Replicating or extending created materials to other plants, Deduplication activity.

Shell: TAO :(Aug 2021- present) Projects - SGSI , NCOC Valve standardization project , SPEX support for plant maintenance/ Performance data monitoring via power Bi

• Supported for the SGSI to update the current Foundation Fieldbus instrument templates to the newest standard settings and mapped it in the new template format.
• Reviewed valve datasheet and developed Valve Code Matrix with valve technical specification. Converted and updated the valve datasheets as close as possible to shell MESC.
• Service entry sheet creation by verifying the invoice billing confirmation and send for approval to PR approver.
• Work order creation by verifying the details from invoice and general wo form, PO creation.
• Performance monitoring and driving actions of existing dashboards of Spex.
• Maintenance of existing dashboards of SPEX dashboards .

QSGTL Systemization & C+p Pump safeguarding and risk assessment-(current)

• Verifying the P&IDS of GTL pump and doing asset register check.
• Proposing new object types and identifying new tags to be created.
• Collecting documents of pumps from Assai and collecting data’s from it according to the hazardous category given.
• Supporting in default barrier review and discussing with stake holders.
• Getting involved in the workshop with asset for Risk assessment of pumps .

• Creating parts and updating BOM as per the demand for powertrain department.
• Making drawing release note(devo) for part officialization, drawing officialization, adoption case, replacement of the part etc by contacting designer and analyzing drawings.
• Checking the diversity of product and vehicle and updating BOM in a customized tool.

• KONE ELEVATORS PVT LTD

Responsibilities

• Building Bill of Materials for all the parts of Elevators especially high-rise elevators using SAP, as per the EN81 standards.
• Identifying areas that need engineering and assigning the same to the various branches.
• Basic load & analytical calculation of Elevators
• Discussing with Project Engineer, suppliers t for any mismatch of drawings and C-process parts.
• Checking the non-standard drawings, creating new materials .
• Preparing Risk spare stock analysis on available materials.
• Preparing spare part manuals for major projects and standard critical spare list for tender projects.
• Helped GD team in preparing Macro Automated tool for 3 processes like part number identification, Price calculation and grouping.
• Promoted cross-team collaboration within the context of special projects. Checking general assembly drawings of elevator using True view.
