  • Troubleshooting the desktop related, software related, mail related issues through Remote Desktop.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners and other peripherals.

  • Configuring Weighing scales & set them in a network for monitoring the data.
  • Configuring data loggers.
  • Look after the link issues & solve them accordingly by contacting the vendors.
  • Maintaining a ticketing tool called IRMS and Service Now to close the completed calls.
  • Contacting the AMC vendors to close the calls related to faulty assets.
  • Execute proactive IT tasks, including secure data wiping for laptops and preparing assets for re-allocation.
  • Performing Active Directory (AD) password resets and unlocking accounts.
  • Perform daily health checks on Video Conference Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) to ensure all audio-visual devices and Connections are working correctly.
