 Responsible to provide the support (Incident Management & App support)
 Perform trouble shooting for the Auto tickets logged or Alerts from the Monitoring
tool and assign tickets to the respective Technical Domain Engineers.
 Log and Track all calls from open to closure, perform first call remote resolution,
Raise tickets with proper escalation to the requisite teams
 Log and Update tickets for End user desktop issues
 Monitor Service Desk E-mail and respond to Client requests to resolve issues.
 Managing and monitoring the user’s request and issues through ticket tool (Service
now).
 Handling the calls which is assigned to me and resolves it within SLA.
 Installing, configuring, managing and updating Symantec to client machines through
server.
 Create new users, resetting user password, lock/unlock user account.
 Handling Daily Tracking & Pending Sheets for the accounts which I work.
 App side Support:
 we collect data from survey team, then as a production team we will update the
appropriate data to the exact location pins.
 Also work on Road and highways locations pins like getting the data from our own
survey satellite team and then updating it to the appropriate locations.
 This update will be done on every three months once and provide the various
template and location changes provided by our technical teams.
 Once the data is analysed by the QC & QA team we will help with modifications
