• Developed detailed functional specifications to guide development teams in creating robust software solutions for clients.

Role:

• Coordination between different integrated teams (client, developers, stakeholders, etc) for successful implementation of release or upgrade projects.

• Involved in creation of Functional Specification and Test Plan.
• Executed project through entire SDLC, from gathering requirements, designing, development, UAT testing, deploying, and through support phases.

Project : EZLynx Products - Re-Design and Development

Role :

• Worked on discovery phase and strategy analysis by reviewing business needs and system requirements and document entire business process by identifying in project scope document
• Conducting requirement elicitation with stakeholders and customers
• Worked on proprietary tool to build scripts for auto or home line of business
• Act as liaison between stakeholders, QA team, project management team etc throughout project lifecycle.
• Support during UAT testing for clients
• Providing support during BETA phase and production assistance
