1. Develop and implement key procurement strategies and ensure that strategies are aligned with organizational objectives.
2. Coordinate on-going supplier management practices with internal teams to optimize financial and
operational performance. Ensure high leverage in Supplier selection, approval, negotiations and
performance management.
3. Contribute to the cost saving targets and working capital improvement goals through effective supply
management including source selection, pricing negotiations, contract implementation and compliance measurement.
4. Contract life cycle management - Engage with stakeholders to identify the most suitable supply
solution for a given demand. Negotiate pricing, terms commercial conditions of contracts and manage
through the contract lifecycle.

• Scouting for suppliers, service providers, auditing them & on-boarding them as per company standards
• Responsible for estimating & budgeting for each equipment, machinery, tools, software, hardware, service
• Floating RFQs / RFIs to selected suppliers to get competitive price quotes
• Coordinate with internal tech team, industrial engineering team, production team & plant maintenance in finalizing specs of required machinery, equipment, consumables, software's, services
• Deriving strategy, planning, negotiating & execution with suppliers in selecting the best
• RFQ processing, Release LOIs Purchase orders for the requested & ensure all the goods & services are purchased achieves the best in value & on-time delivery
• Work on planning & inventory control of consumables as per production / maintenance schedules
• Ensure maintenance & calibration of equipment, machinery and renewal of software's / services as per schedule

• Responsible for purchasing, maintaining the stocks, handling the logistics, direct and indirect business requirements
• Handle Purchase requisition to Purchase order process in SAP MM
• Well versed with SAP procurement module, RFQ, and other standard sourcing processes
• Prepare and process requisitions by running MRP
• Follow up with suppliers and import agents for timely delivery & installations
• Coordination with inter-companies
• Advance Payment follow-up with Finance team
• Good in basic negotiation, proficient in locating new vendors, analyzing the best source
• Handle suppliers follow up for order confirmation, to ensure OTD performance
• PO maintenance - Expedite/defer/cancel deliveries as per MRP
• Liaise with supplier and logistic service provider, for on-time delivery
• Maintain all relevant supplier documentation
• Ensure audit readiness of all purchasing documents
• Resolving blocked invoices through AP tool
• Working on an audit for vendor standardization project along with QMS (Quality Management System) & Implementing KAIZEN, 2-Bin systems
• Ensure timely reporting, feedback and communication with relevant stakeholders
• Discuss new learnings and risks in the process on time
• Collaborates with team members across the organization to meet commodity objectives and business requirements

• Contributions in assisting Indian & North American customers and ensured Seller Support fostering healthy relations.
