This is one of the projects of iTraMS. It is an IoT based system used in vehicle to record and analyze the engine parameters, location details, working hours etc. This system will communicate with the ECU's through CAN and Capture parameters and upload the data's in the cloud. It has features like GPS, LTE, Wi-Fi, Various sensors etc.

Role: Senior Hardware Engineer

Design Activities

· Design, Development and testing of Intelligent Transport Management Systems for Automotive.

· Software flashing, Board bring up, Functional testing and Test Reports Documentation.

· Schematic Verification, Design Calculations, Part identification, BoM creation, Netlist Verifications etc.,

· Conduct EMI/EMC testings as per Automotive standards.

· Interact with validation and testing teams and co-ordinate the design validation activities.

· Training the validation team on testing of various functional components of the system.

· Participate in system design reviews and to recommend improvements.

VPM Activities

· Schedule, track, monitor and report on project execution, quality process, timelines, tasks and issues

· Overall Planning, coordination, and execution of endurance/electrical/ EMC & EMI test for DUT's according to general instructions and financial aspects

· Co-ordinate test plans and test conditions with project stakeholders

· Assign sub-contractors for test equipment (Wiring harness, test-SW, and load boxes) and test Centre according to test plan

· Analysis of test data, and problem analysis and creation of test report

Single Phase Smart Energy Meter as per 16444 part-1 for Type test approval

• Defined and tracked test results, defect counts and performance discrepancies.
• Translated product drawings into workable schematics, verifying proper adherence to standards.
