  • HR Analytics: Designed core metrics covering Manpower, Recruitment, Performance, Talent and L&D. This also included identifying and deploying the right Analytics tool for the users. Used insightful analytics to manage and monitor attrition
  • HR Processes Re-engineering: Standardising the recruitment process, designing the Talent scorecard and 360 process as well as structuring the L&D framework for all businesses of Godrej Industries and thereafter defining the delivery platform using technology
  • Deploying Solutions for employee engagement: Worked closely with the Facebook team to lead the Beta implementation of Workplace (Facebook@work). It became the core collaboration and communication tool for all Godrej Businesses.
  • HR Technology: Defining and executing HR technology initiatives in line with the HR Strategy. This includes enhancement of core HRMS (SuccessFactors) in line with the process changes as well as creating a mobile platform to provide anytime/anywhere access to core applications

  • Multi Process Human Resource Outsourcing (MPHRO): Led the first set-up under MPHRO providing PeopleSoft HRMS Tier 1 support for one of the biggest client – Goldman Sachs (GS)
  • Transition: Led the transition of work from Hewitt US to Gurgaon
  • Consolidation of Services: Added other functions such as data management and benefits administration for Goldman Sachs to increase the scope of work
  • Hiring right talent for the job and creating effective backup plans to ensure process is not person dependent
  • HRO Programs: After setting up the MPHRO for GS, I moved into the HRO Programs team to work on Alternate Work Patterns (AWP) implementation in India, Revamp of Hewitt India Career Webpage, Taleo Implementation, Mass data cleanup as a prep for move to newer version of PeopleSoft HRMS to name a few.
