• Pick list generate pick the material and confirm through by HHT.
• Bill & Label generate and paste on product
• Dispatch in WMS and in scan, out scan the shipment.
• Segregate as per beat wise.
• For manifest scan the shipment one by one into WMS
• Load the Vehicle LM wise and handover Manifest and Gate pass to driver
• Packaging per order & per Pick list with Manifest
• Dispatching and handover to Couriers.
• Responsible for monitoring team performance
• Coordinating with Courier & Vendor team regularly for Dispatch issue
• Scanning Data match with excel file and reporting for any mismatch

• To ensure all put away has been done on the same day of inward.
• To ensure inventory stock count to bed one as per current stock and requirement on daily basis.
• To manage inventory team for smooth running of inventory operations.
• To share fresh inventory stock, report to seniors on daily basis.
• Select IWIT and find request - look for scheduled vehicle(location)
• WID/WSN paste (from outbound request)- view consignment then paste WSN in pack consignment.

• Functional knowledge of FLO (Flipkart Logistics Operations).
• Responsible for outbound & inventory Control, outbound. Identify and resolve concerns of inventory& outbound operations by interacting with the concerned department.
• Prepare daily Productivity report
• Check trip id enters the vehicle number-then check in transit/confirm
• Gate in arrival verification-check for seal id kilo meters, etc.
• TC APP select hub location-vehicle number starts canning process with hand handling device
• Gate out after completion click on finish-then put seal number go to arrival verification-gate out
• Print documents-download the E waybill if shipment value is more than 50k
• Download the manifest, cross verify the physical quantity Enter the vertical sand quantity in the manifest manually
• Monitoring ensuring outward processing is in order, proper labeling and marking, dispatching, handover to transport/courier with complete paperwork formalities.

• Planning of Pan India Dispatch.
• Ensure timely delivery of material with delivered POD (Dropship &Non-Dropship).
• Coordination with Sourcing and Sales team for high ageing inventory liquidation.
• Planning for short life products as per customer demand.
• Ensuring Credit note and debit note processing to recover cost on real time.
• CoordinationwithsupplierandSourcingteamtoprocurequalityproductandpercustomerdemand.
