I have overall 15 years of IT Experience. At Present, I am working in IBM for last 11 years & currently working on SAP , for US Client NORFOLK SOUTHERN (SAP PM Consultant) from last 6 years & 4 months in SAP – Plant Maintenance Consultant. Currently working with Norfolk Southern & Certified in SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Asset Management Worked in SAP NS AMS support for SAP Plant Maintenance. I have an worked on EAM CAR, SAP MM activities related P2P, Supported in Tuckkar data center, Intermodel & Currently working in Bridge & Structure of NS Project. Working in Break down maintenance, Corrective and Preventive maintenance, responsible for Preventive Maintenance & Services, task list, Maintenance planning and Maintenance. Presently associated with as SAP PM with IBM Global Services Pune NS Experience working as a SAP PM Consultant, Expertise in SAP. Below are the activities I have worked on :

• Providing day-to-day support to end-users for SAP PM module, including troubleshooting and resolving issues, answering queries, and ensuring smooth operation of the system.
• Configuring and maintaining SAP PM module, including creating and modifying maintenance plans, task lists, work orders, and notifications as per business requirements.
• Collaborating with functional and technical teams to identify and resolve system issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system functionality and user experience.
• Conducting user training sessions to educate end-users on SAP PM module, its functionality and features.
• Generating and maintaining technical documentation of system changes, including functional specifications, test plans, user manuals, and other relevant documentation.
• Conducting system tests, validating new features, and ensuring quality assurance of system changes and updates.
• Monitoring and analyzing system performance, identifying potential issues, and recommending solutions for system optimization.
• Managing and maintaining master data for SAP PM module, including equipment, functional locations, and maintenance tasks.
• Participating in project planning and execution, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
