For me, satisfaction is the Virus/Drugs so rather selecting comfort zone after achieving a given milestone I always try to be further innovative to optimize resources and streamlining IT tools for automation of processes for further betterment and taking the things onto the next level. "Change Management" is the key to success so I can manage any change in organization and have the capabilities to mould the team as per the goals of the company. I've great exposure in streamlining the startups specially related to parts business. My expertism comprising majorly of but not limited to:

• Senior Leadership: Positive attitude professional with problem solving approach who has been deriving "Parts retail/distribution and Workshops Consumption Businesses" at a senior level since last 10+ Years. In my current tenure, our group has grown up to 500 Cr from 150 Cr. in last 4 years with and an average CAGR of 36% combining from both expansion and originating growth.
• Profit & Loss: Ensuring desired bottom line for the company by deriving profit by formulating dynamic policies/schemes to run in the Aftermarket. I am the decision maker of all policy and growth related decisions.
• Diversified Portfolio: We are the distributor doing distribution for 9 different OEM's/companies. Out of 9, there were only 2 before 5 years when I took charge here. It makes us very special and my profile too as we grew so fast and we have additional advantage where we sort the best practices out of all and implement it across the group/businesses which makes us the best.
• Inventory Management/Procurement : Consistent on paper performer in regard of inventory management too. Service ratio/first fill ratios have been remarkable under my direction by use of many key statistical tools like ABC/FMS analysis and FC/MC. I ensure dead stock even less than 0.05% of the turnover which is very much efficient in parts business. Have won many appraisals/awards on my name in current tenure.
• Manpower management: Currently leading a group of 300+ strength including 30 middle level managers directly reporting to me comprising of sales, operations and finance team. Also I have great exposure in senior team hiring, training, grooming and appraisals.
• Warehouse Operations : Currently managing SIX warehouses spread over 150000 Sq. Ft. in Delhi/NCR , Scale is like we are selling 40000+ SKU's every month. Customer Base is like we are billing 2000+ Channels every month.
• Space Management : Have expertise in designing space of multiple warehouses single handedly. Had setup all the six warehouses myself in starting of the business.

We are the first and I think the only distributor who's handling 9 OEM's brands distribution business still creating landmark for others and our standards and processes are unbeatable in all manners.

I need a platform which has a large scale full of challenges and exposure of which can take me to the next level and my capabilities can be exposed to the maximum. You'll see me as the best option for " Chief Operating Officer" profile for parts retail/distribution warehouses/spares consumption in workshops and can handle business and operations of multiple warehouses spread over a geographical distance too because already I am handling such a profile.

I have grown from the ground hence have been well versed with every chair in the organization and have been promoting myself in quick successions to the next level. I handled Complete Warehouse Operations there. Also derived sales force in the market to achieve the given targets with least inventory and high quality standards.

In Supervision of the Depot Manager, I handled store operations along with inventory management and manpower management there.
