Project Overview:

Title : IT City Campus facility at Lucknow under PPP agreement with Govt of U.P.

Worth: INR 5920 million (1st Phase) INR 3060 million (2nd Phase)

Duration : Phase 1 is complete and Phase 2 is in progress.

Contract Type : Construction & project management services.

Synopsis : The proposed project in 1st phase have constructed 9,00,000 sqft of green-field construction, fit-out & external development works including civil, hi & low side electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, cafeteria, landscaping, horticulture etc. This project has been designed with green building rating criteria.

2nd Phase consists of residential units (5,70,000 sqft comprising 2 & 3 BHK Apartments and Clubhouse) for in-house employees and IT building of approx. 1,80,000 sqft BUA.

Worked on multiple projects (green field commercial construction) at different stages including the below mentioned one, with responsibility of project wise profitability and revenue realization –

Project Overview:

Title : Campus facility for National Council of Applied Economic Research, New Delhi.

Worth: INR 570 million

Duration : 24 months (scheduled for completion)

Contract Type : Construction & project management services.

Synopsis : The project constructed 1,82,060 sqft of brown-field construction, renovation, fit-out & external development works including civil, hi & low side electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, cafeteria, landscaping, horticulture etc. This project has been designed to achieve 4-star GRIHA rating.

Project Overview:

Title : SEZ Campus facility for HCL Technologies Ltd, Noida. Worth: INR 4100 million

Duration : 21 months

Contract Type : Construction & project management services.

Synopsis : The project dealt with constructing 1,12,757 square meter including external development works including civil, hi & low side electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, restaurant, kitchen, landscaping etc.

Coordinated with central procurement team, accounts, store using ERP (RAMCO) for projects across India especially Gurgaon, Chennai & Pune. The coordination involved projects for base building construction, office fit outs, and food courts.

Conduct strategic planning and tactical execution for real estate projects with focus on identifying potential cost savings.

Monitor & ensure timely completion of projects, which include co-ordination among client, architect, consultants, vendors and internal procurement & accounts team.

Worked in sync with design & architecture group for corporate approvals on designs (electrical, HVAC, plumbing & firefighting services) of leased floor plates.

Project Overview:

Title : Super Luxury Resort Project for DS Group at Jim Corbett National Park. Worth: INR 200 million

Duration : 18 months (scheduled for completion)

Contract Type : Construction & project management services.

Synopsis : 315,000 square feet of land development for resort including Civil, Hi & Low side Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Landscape.

ð Steered initiatives for identifying risks/problems with each job; taken suitable actions for mitigation and subsequently achieved completion of work within cost and assigned duration.

Duration : 13 months

Synopsis : The project dealt with constructing 350,000 square feet of base build works including civil, hi & low side electrical & HVAC

Significant Highlights:

ð Merit of controlling projects functions worth Rs. 194 crores across the tenure 34 months.

ð Contributed efforts towards implementation of methodology to achieve slab cast cycle of 15 days, thus completing the first phase of project (construction of two basements and ground + four slabs each admeasuring approx 30,000 sq. ft.) in record time of five months.

ð Reviewed design and recommended to avoid the installation of PRODEMA and reducing the quantity (limiting to strategic locations on elevations of building) of Faveton tiles (a façade feature) resulting in saving of cost by Rs. 1.5 crores.
