Lead Salesforce org migration project, merging Maxeon's US Distributed Generation (USDG) Sales org into the Maxeon Global Salesforce instance. The initiative consolidated two separate Salesforce environments while preserving distinct business processes for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Residential divisions.

• Designed data mapping strategies for standard objects (Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity) addressing field conflicts, duplicate handling, and misaligned datasets between the two orgs. Coordinated with business stakeholders to resolve data conflicts and ensure seamless transition of 2,600+ residential accounts and 70-80 C&I accounts.
• Migrated custom objects (POS, CED OnH, Pricing Tracker, HPOS), reports/dashboards, and Geopointe mapping configurations while establishing user permissions and access controls for PSR, RSM, ASD, and Marketing roles to maintain channel-specific visibility.
