- Worked on QC ¾", Shunt trip redesign, Line Neutral bar, BR breaker projects.
- RCA on QC ¾" - the breaker was failing in the calibration test I suggested the modification in the plastic part it helped the test to pass and design got implemented.
- RCA on shunt trip- it was not working in the 50% of the rated voltage suggested by the std I suggested to lift the solenoid coil from its original placement, it worked and implemented in the design.
- Customer complaint on BR breaker they were facing new sense tripping issue, I did the modification on the product to resolve the issue.
- RCA on GFCI in which there was a failure in product while resetting and did the modification to got pass during the electrical endurance test.
- Kaizen idea for dimmer endurance test stand in which designed the fixture and done inhouse prototyping to saved time and cost.
- Kaizen idea for endurance test stand in which designed the circuit to perform shunt trip endurance without any manpower intervention.
- Cost saving for FCI in which developed circuit to perform functional testing on FCI.
- Knowledge on Creo parametric.

- RCA on 16A switched socket outlet- it was failing in temperature rise test and I suggested the cable size for switch to socket connection it help to pass the test and it implemented for the design.

- 16A switched socket- swich was failing in endurance test where switch was not operating properly due to more clearance between the base and cover (rocker), I suggested the addition of rib on the base, it helped to pass the test and implemented in the design.
