• End-to-end solution design and deployment of Mavenir products across the globe, with the following responsibilities.
• Coordinating with the hardware team at the time of hardware installation and carrying out the hardware ATP.
• Preparation of High-Level Design (HLD).
• Preparation of the Detailed Design Document (LLD).
• IP plan designing.
• Dimensioning evaluation, along with the pre-sales and product team.
• Installation and Configuration of the Mavenir Next Generation Platform (NGP 7.2, NGP 8.3, and NGP 9.3)
• Installation and configuration of MCO, XMS, XA, SAG, DS, XTEND, XSS, and MMSC as per the standard process.
• Integration with external network elements, like STP, HSS, OCS, DNS, NETCOOL, etc.
• Applying hot fixes, Q-patches, and version upgrades on running sites, as new releases are provided by the R&D team.
• Performing ATPs with clients for migration sign-off.
• Supervise traffic migrations.
• Leading a team of three Deployment Engineers to deliver quality products to customers within the agreed timeline.

• Providing Support for configuration, troubleshooting & analysis of messaging servers, Charging System, Reporting Servers and monitoring tools.
• Along with support responsibility I was also part of Global Deployment Team and responsible for deploying new Solution/Upgrade of Production system along with ATP & UAT.
• Mavenir (Acision/XURA) Products: PSA, AFG, BT, MCO, XA, XMS, DND, MMSC, DS, XSS
• Operators working with: Bharti Airtel, Datacom India, Airtel Sri Lanka, Banglalink Bangladesh.
• Providing Support & Deployment to Worldwide Customers for Mavenir (Acision/Xura) Products Specially SMSC, MMSC, PSA, BT & AFG for online Charging & Mediation) Product.

• 7 emergency support as per the requirement.
• Maintaining Servers up to date by performing upgrades.
• Preparing MOP (Method of Procedures) for Upgrade, Hotfix installation & other maintenance activities.
• Reporting bug to Sustaining and R&D Department for fix if found any at the time of troubleshooting product and follow up till final resolution.
• Perform configuration (New routes for MSISDN series, short/long codes, Bulk SMS push, regular backup) to fine tune the server and function as per the customer’s requirement.
• Debugging system monitoring scripts.
• Checking & decoding of raw CDR files of SMSC, PSA & MMSC to solve SMS related problems.
• Maintaining inventory of all Messaging & Roaming Servers & Services.
• Maintaining assigned incident, closing/resolving/applying workaround within SLA.
• Debugging the network issues on live Servers by taking TCPDUMP and DB9 level logs, analysing the same for arresting issue.
• Preparation of Solution Engineering Documents for new Solution along with UAT test cases.
• Preparation of Call flows for new solution with end-to-end co-ordination with customer.
• Deployment of the new solution from scratch with timely delivery.
