- I was involved with the team to perform a survey for non-executive People and made a report on that.
- My job was to survey employees belonging to non- executive posts regarding basic needs.
- I had prepared a questionnaire consisting of ten questions which inquired about the basic needs of these employees.
- After collecting the data, I prepared a pie-chart with it, which reflected the overall condition of these employees as far as fulfilment of basic needs are concerned.
- The report was submitted to ECL – HRD Office and the college for further evaluation.
