- Planning Rail dispatch of Cement, Clinker and Flyash to various destinations by analyzing demand, in transit period & Transportation cost.
- Negotiating & finalizing freight with the transporters for various destinations - Freight validation (Use of Cost plus Model, analyzing optimum freight based on distance, route, location, interacting with Vendors).
- Planning & monitoring the trips of Fleet on a dedicated basis.
