Project 1: Enterprise Automation Console:

The Automation Console is a full-stack web application designed to streamline and automate IT operations tasks, such as server management, job execution, and reporting. Built with a React (TypeScript) frontend and a Nodejs/Express backend, the platform provides a user-friendly dashboard for authenticated users to execute jobs (like server uptime checks, service state queries, disk/CPU/memory usage, and VM snapshot operations) across multiple servers. The backend securely integrates with shell scripts and PowerShell scripts to perform these operations on both Windows and Linux environments.

Technologies used: React, TypeScript, Nodejs, Express, REST APls, Shell scripting, PowerShell, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Tailwind CSS, and VS Code for development.

Responsibilities included:

• Designing and implementing the frontend and backend architecture
• Integrating secure job execution with server-side scripts
• Implementing user authentication and role-based access
• Enabling performance monitoring and custom analytics
• Creating reusable Ul components and dashboards
• Ensuring cross-platform compatibility and robust error handling

Project 2: Conversational AI

• Led the end-to-end delivery of an enterprise-grade conversational AI solution.
• I explored the best product in the market through Gartner Insights.
• Conducted PoC for Avaamo and IPSoft Amelia by defining Use cases and Success criteria
• Managed and mentored a cross-functional team to design, develop, and deliver high-value conversational AI projects
• Successfully deploying projects on the Avaamo platform and integrating them with Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow, and Genesys IVR to support various business verticals.
• Conversational AI projects, including the "Fluent-IT" chatbot, which automated over six key use cases

1. Automated key IT support functions such as user domain password reset

2. Multiple internal application password resets via HybridSDK APIs

3. Streamlined all internal helpdesk requests—such as software installations and laptop issue resolution

4. Providing relevant answers using ServiceNow Knowledge Base article search
