Job Responsibilities:

• Development of I&C construction within budget.

• Preparing the project progress reports, incorporating the variances for review with the leadership team.
• Lead the development and implementation of the project execution strategy based on the contract, involving cross-functional aspects, with a dedicated plan for every area.
• Actively participating in customer kickoff meetings to address GE's scope, schedule, and execution work plan. Provide verbal or written project status reports to project teams, management, subcontractors, customers, or owners.
• Enforce within the assigned scope of discipline that subcontractors and workers are following GE's EHS requirements at the site and report any continuing non-compliance.
• Enforcing the highest quality of workmanship and adherence to the Site Quality Plan by all within-the-discipline subcontractors (subcontracting environments), or self-performance erection forces.
• Provide a civil, installation, and commissioning plan (crane, logistics, contractors, tools) per contract or customer requirement.
• Prepare JSA, LOTO, and other relevant EHS documents, and be sure all work complies with GE Renewable Energy.
• Provided input for global installation and commissioning procedures for review.
• Ensure all quality standards, including a full documentation package for installation, under the respective latest cost-effective, high-quality project execution within the given timeframe and budget. Take care of customer satisfaction and NPS (Net Promoter Score).
• Reporting and controlling of COQ (Cost of Quality), and time tracking for the Installation Group on site, PAC case management, and monitoring.
• Coordination and implementation of retrofits and RFR (Red Flag Review) items; maintain and monitor e-tools like PAC, e-field service, M&P, Wind PLM, Documentum, and COQ WF, etc.
