Cash Management System: Product Suite

• Spearheaded the post sales RFP management, product walkthrough of Payments RTGS, NEFT, UPI, IMPS, Back office, customer onboarding, Customer banking channel (Front office), Reports etc to the customer on premise.
• Elicitation of information, requirements gathering as the walkthrough goes on.
• Proper capturing of discussion points in a defined template and share it with the all the stakeholders, internal and external.
• Organizing the Requirement priority discussion, clarification, with the engineering team and negotiate with the customers with the prioritization list.
• Designing and Solutioning of the requirements, preparation of Functional Specification Document (FSD) and conduct walkthrough with the customers, get sign off.
• After the FSD sign off, conducting internal walkthrough with the engineering and testing team, sorting requirements clarification, explaining the solution and get the agreement for development.
• Preparation of Product Adoption Document, detailed document explaining the attributes nature, data type and size.

Environmental Social and Governance (ESG)

• My contribution to this project is to validate the current scoring methodologies and introduce new scoring methodologies as part of the annual Climate Risk Assessment refresh which involves complex formula to determine per question score.
• Managed stakeholder expectations through transparent communication and timely status updates, ensuring alignment between project deliverables and business objectives.
• Got opportunity to explore myself in MicroStrategy reporting application Where I developed 6 dashboards and reports for end user availability
• Worked in initiatives like developing Newsletter for Entity wide communications for all the developments done in ESG.
• Delivered trainings, KT’s and ESG related policy sessions to ESG wide audience.
• Excellent connect with all the PO’s/stakeholders and got such high regards of the work and value delivered to the business needs.

Global Pricing and Billing System(GPBS) :

• Worked as a Techno-functional BA, providing Charging solutions to different payments product such as RTGS, ACH, SWIFT(MT, ISO msgs), instant payments for different countries.
• Spearheaded a Solution for major feature called BIC_BASED charging method to enhance the capability and included as whole new Charging Hierarchy to GPBS.
• Managed different application stakeholders and Product owners for solution walkthrough and UVT scenarios
• Well versed in writing Behaviour-driven development-BDD user stories, that helps for testers to create Automation module
• Hands on experience in SQL for data analysis since the projects are of ISO 20022 Migration
• Adequate knowledge in APIs for application communication using JSON and xml request and response , its structure, tags.
• Experience in Solace pub-sub model, used as middleware to send/receive messages from different applications.
• Facilitated requirement gathering workshops, resulting in clear project objectives and deliverables.
• Conducted gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current and desired states, leading to actionable recommendations.

ISO20022 – MX messages:

• Carried out an exhaustive Impact assessment on the application capabilities for new MX messages to develop in the payment investigations application like, feasibility of sending/ receiving messages.
• Impact assessed the new MX messages, its scope and usage in payments and in Investigation world. i.e. Pacs.008, pacs.009,
• Validations placed on the mandatory fields and developed a solution to route messages within the group BIC_CODEs which uses same application for pacs.009cov. camt.056, camt.029, camt.029v3 etc
• Provided expertise and domain knowledge to Design team to solution the consumption of ISO messages in to different channels and to store payment information, its business event to a data store for retrieval purposes.

SEPA EPC Rulebook changes 2018 & 2019:

• Assessed the Impact on mandatory message type introduced by EBA, camt.056, camt.029v3, camt.027, camt.087, camt.029v8, pacs.028 and pacs.002.
• Identified best platform fitment for messages, provided solution, requirements for deploying the XSDs in to Investigating tool i.e IntelliTRACS, collaborated with Technology counterparts for designing solution. And proactively mitigated the risk using Critical thinking and collaboration skillsets.
• Assessed XML tags, mandatory, optional, conditional fields to be used in messages making sure there was no EBA validation rejection.
• Created case Attachment, case creation logics within investigation tool and defined BOM- Business Operating Model
• Techniques used: Trusted Advisor, Connected, Critical thinking.

SWIFT Standards Release 2020:

• SWIFT mandated the Universal Confirmation of Credit UCC for MT103 payments, using UETR ref. a key element to update payment status to SWIFT Tracker within 48hrs from Value date.
• Assessed the impact to Payments and Investigation platforms to send UCCs to Tracker for update.
  Critically assessed various scenarios where update must be sent to Tracker and developed the manual exceptions where systematic update generation was not merely possible.
• Spearheaded the Business Process Model(BPM) for manual exceptions and created automation to reduce manual efforts and time for Business.
• Proactively identified the Risk where UETR was highlighted in Uppercase in the platforms which triggers UCC to Tracker however as per SWIFT RULEBOOK it must be in lowercase. This would have seized the project from its implementation and posed Non-compliant to UCC services.
• Techniques used: Trusted Advisor, Connected, Critical thinking, influencing and negotiation.

SWIFT GPI:

• Elicited business requirements, provided expertise and domain knowledge to solution design.
• Carried out IA for Payments, Investigations application and defined BOM.
• Identified multiple automation opportunities & delivered solution to them and realised more operation efficiency by saving 2 hours a day.

Transformation/ Ways of Working(WoW):

• Undertaken process reviews to seek new WOW idea generation to transform the mail box monitoring, investigation application and customer service application by introducing BOT processing instead of manual handling.
