• Developed backend workflows for FWA order auto-cancellation, 30-day auto-disconnect, and voluntary disconnects, orchestrated via Pega BPM, streamlining lifecycle management and reducing manual operational overhead.

• Supported a dual-flow migration model, enabling both end-to-end order processing in NSA and parallel orchestration in the legacy BAU system. Embedded a real-time data sync layer within APIs to update a replica SQL DB, allowing validation tools to perform stage-wise diffs and ensure data consistency during migration.
• Contributed to the successful production rollout of Combo Order functionality, allowing bundling of mobile and FWA services in a single transaction. This reduced flow steps from ~39 to 19, improved user experience, and led to a 2× increase in broadband segment revenue.
• Led the migration of critical mobility order journeys—including Port-In Now, Port-In Later, AAL, EUP, and NSE—to the NorthStar microservices architecture, integrating with Pega BPM, Network systems, and Syniverse for real-time number portability and order orchestration. Ensured accurate device fulfillment and activation, enabling the platform to process over 450K mobility orders per quarter across all sales channels.
• Partnered with client architects and product teams to ensure technical solutions met business objectives, while supporting production releases and conducting root cause analysis during E2E testing to enhance platform stability and accelerate issue resolution.
