• Hands-on experience in concept development, 3D modelling, CAD modelling, Drafting, BOM Management, SAP (Material Master Module).
• Fully Conversant with Solid Works, ANSYS Workbench, ANSYS Fluent, NX CAD, AutoCAD, & Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of GD & T and Tolerance Stack Analysis.
• Knowledge about meshing, static structural, thermal analysis in ANSYS workbench.
• Design calculations, Selection of Ball screws and Gear calculation.
• Preparing Part drawing for manufacture and assembly and machine layout.
• Knowledge about implementation of DFX (Design for X), Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA). Design for Production.
• Completed level 1 certification from Dassault Systemes on SOLID WORKS (Certified Solid Works Professional).
