• Support project audits, continuous quality improvement and implementation of project-management standards, controls and metrics.
• Manage MEP technical submittals, consultant approvals, installation checklists, commissioning records, as-built drawings and handover packages.
• Use structured planning and controls including micro-schedules, 2-week / 4-week look-aheads, S-curves, PERT, histograms and recovery plans.
• Coordinate clients, architects, consultants, contractors and vendors to align design decisions, material procurement and site execution.
• Maintain project work plans, meeting decisions, change orders, deliverables, progress reports, schedules and cost-tracking records.
• Drive procurement through RFx management, vendor evaluation, alternate-vendor development and engineering-led cost optimisation.
• Manage design management, construction coordination, site quality, drawing implementation and project review governance.
• Lead project verticals from conception to delivery, aligned to approved scope, schedule, budget and organisational standards.
