Worked on improving collaboration capabilities of Freshworks Apps by providing generic collab APIs via one platform interface supporting various collaboration-tools like Slack and MSTeams, to all products. This includes rich experience and rich messaging capabilities.

• Designed and implemented RESTful APIs using SpringBoot, allowing the application to communicate with the backend server.
• Won second prize in intra hackathon for implementing a solution to extend contextual collaboration with audio/video capabilities as part of our Platform.
• Mentored junior developers on best practices for clean code and agile development methodologies.

Worked as a test engineer for a internal context based collaboration product called "Freshconnect" and integrations between existing product and third party collaboration software Slack.

• Have been in agile methodology Involves in day-to-day sprint activities, writing the test cases, along with manual testing, side by side developing those cases in automation framework based on the priorities, and executing the developed automation cases.
• Involved in the daily regression cases maintenance if any failures would come, will do the root cause analysis using test reports and fixing the failed cases.
• Have been part of the WEB/API testing manual and automation.
• Have experience in non-functional testing Cross-browser using browser stack and Security Testing suggested by the security team.
• Owning ownership of resolving L2 issues and Support bugs.
• Maintaining the tech stacks up to date by running the migrations up to date if there are any conflicts have to resolve those.
• Being a QA reviewer has expertise in code and test coverage reviewing.
