Property management system (PMS)

  • Visual One PMS is a hotel management software solution that works with guests throughout the stay lifecycle. At the start, guests can head to the hotel website to create online reservations and request quotes for special packages and group bookings. Once the reservation is confirmed, the program stores it in a searchable database with filtering options. Guests can then check into their rooms and order dinner reservations, spa treatments, Golf sports outings and more. The system is fully scalable in the number of rooms it can service, and users can generate a number of operational reports.
