Project #1 : Novo Nordisk

 Sep  2022 — Present

 Description: Multi-country Salesforce implementation project involving diverse customized modules to enhance business processes and operations across different regions. 

Responsibilities: Conducted thorough feasibility checks for tasks and customization requests, ensuring alignment with Salesforce capabilities and best practices. Leveraged Salesforce Flow and Apex code to implement customized solutions tailored to the unique requirements of each module and country, resulting in improved efficiency and functionality. Led end-to-end deployment processes, including sandbox-to-production deployments, utilizing Change Sets and Workbench . Worked closely with the internal implementation team, providing technical expertise and guidance to developers, ensuring the successful execution of development tasks and projects. Managed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, coordinating with stakeholders to validate that customizations met business needs and requirements. 

Project #2 : HIKMA 

June 2022 — present 

 Established user profiles, roles, and territories to ensure streamlined user access and data security in a multi-country context. Orchestrated deployments throughout the project lifecycle, utilizing Copado for version control and deployment automation, resulting in successful production releases. Delivered tasks with minimal issues, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Description: A multi-country Salesforce implementation project that placed a primary emphasis on the development of custom modules tailored to meet specific requirements in different countries. Additionally, basic user and profile setup, facilitated seamless data migration to production, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to enhance user security. 

Responsibilities: Spearheaded the project to successful completion, ensuring all objectives were met without any escalations, and overseeing project progress throughout its lifecycle. Managed complex data loads involving user, territory, and User Territory 2 Association data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity during migration. Orchestrated deployments, including sandbox-to-production releases, using a combination of Copado, DTK (Data Tree Knowledge), Git, and Workbench for version control, deployment automation, and monitoring.
