Project Overview:

• BEAM-IT is an Ericsson Charging platform project focused on early system integration and end-to-end testing of new functionalities introduced in BEAM-based offerings. The project involves close collaboration with TPG development teams to support high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designed, automated, and executed REST API tests using Postman, JavaScript, Collections, and Newman.
• Developed reusable scripts and data-driven tests; validated API responses and business rules across multiple environments.

Project: Infrastructure Orchestration and Deployment (IOD)

Project Overview: Infrastructure Orchestration and Deployment (IOD) is a platform responsible for maintaining the base operating system, RPM packages, and deployment infrastructure used across multiple Ericsson products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verified installation, upgrade, fallback, and rollback procedures for weekly and GA releases, ensuring compliance with TR and EP validation requirements.
• Executed non-functional testing for performance, reliability, portability, maintainability, and usability, contributing to overall system integrity.
• Designed JMeter performance tests, automated execution using Shell scripts, and analyzed metrics to identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborated with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot issues, enhancing release quality and minimizing downtime.

Project Overview: Ericsson Customer Management System (ECMS) is a customer care application that enables customer service representatives to manage subscriber accounts, perform account refills, modify rate plans, and handle customer service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzed business requirements, designing non-functional test scenarios for installation, upgrade, fallback, and commit procedures to ensure system reliability.
• Designed and executed JMeter performance tests, analyzing results to identify and address system performance issues.
• Developed Selenium WebDriver automation using Java, TestNG, and Page Object Model (POM) for smoke and regression testing.
• Managed defect lifecycle while collaborating with developers, BAs, and cross-functional teams in Agile environments to enhance test coverage.

Project Overview: Jaldi is a retail management application implemented across five locations for a leading supermarket chain in Tamil Nadu, supporting 50 Point of Sale (POS) terminals and 50 Back Office systems. The solution covered Master Data, Purchase, Sales, Inventory, and Reporting, including 50+ business reports for operational monitoring, inventory management, and business forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitated implementation of Jaldi retail application across five locations, providing pre- and post-go-live support to ensure smooth operational transition.
• Analyzed business requirements, prepared BRS, and designed comprehensive test scenarios and cases.
• Executed Functional, Compatibility, Database, Usability, Regression, Black-Box, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinated defect management using Bugzilla, collaborating with business users and development teams while conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve production incidents.
