• Responsible for Execution of Super structure - Plaza level Finishing works - water feature , SS canopy, Depot Office building and Finishing Package in Main building -Sections of the Down Town Stataion - Specialize in installations of Terrazzo floor, Drywall , Ceiling, All Floorings (Terrazzo, Tile, Raised floor , marble floor and carpet ) External Pavers, Soft & hard Scape, Decorative Gypsum , GRC wall cladding , GRG Finishes, Industrial Specialized Doors , Joinery's (Door, kitchen units ,Vanities, Cabinets, floor, glass balustrade, wall cladding's, Lift cladding , Façade and cubicles)

• Direct all aspects of day-to-day Super structure & Finishing - Fit-out execution of project and coordination & Supervision of work and ensure assigned Task, quality & safe work procedure performed by supervisor, Foreman, skilled workers and Subcontractor

• Preparing Project Micro schedule for Structure & finishing works of project to meet project baseline schedule, ensure on time completion and creating Road map / Floor map inline with weekly / Monthly target.

• Coordination with Vendors / Subcontractors for Finishing actives to carry out & Technical supervision of ongoing finishing & Fit-out works at all stages

• Subcontractor and MEP Coordination for work clearance – creating access to other vendors / subcontractors to early start for same Notification to safety, consultant & QA / QC of the project

• Coordinate all Shop Drawings, Generate site as-built measurement's same update in shop drawings prior to proceed any supply of finish prefabricated products (doors , glass, kitchen units, GRG, cabinets, wood, Cladding and Furniture)

• Coordination with MEP activity's, Arranging Access ( scaffolding, Aluminum Towers & MEWP ) Leading MEP works in line with Structure & Finishing Project schedule

• Weekly Review meetings with project Planning, safety & quality teams for site Progress , costing, project scheduling, Resource planning ,Safety & quality matters of the project / sections

• Analyze project bottleneck / challenges same Highlighting to project / site management & supporting team and finding corrective action

• Coordinate with P&M , Store, multiple suppliers to ensure delivery in line with construction schedule

• Coordination with client / QC for IR, MIR Submitting and Approvals for sample / mockups and completion task as per ITP

• Ensure optimum resource utilization and raising materials Request for Areas / Project and wastage control

• Prepare & Submit daily Progress reports, Survey report and keep all Task completion records, same Update to Necessary department.

• Coordination between Different subcontractors ID drawing's to ensure Interface details & Installations

• Follow-up with Procurement/ purchase & Store for materials delivers , stocks and necessary approval.

• Commercial: Assist Budget preparation / Cost, Quantity surveying, Variation notify / non tender item and Cost controlling / task achieve with in project budget

• QA/QC: MIR & IRE Submission, MS-Preparation, CAR- preparation for NCRs, obtaining necessary approvals from authority, and on job quality training & Task Quality talk to operatives' & Subcontractors

• Safety: Preparing Risk assessments, implementing company project safety plan / norms at site, safety on job Training, safe work methods, developing Good safe work Culture among workforce & subcontractors, Lifting Plan preparation, conducting daily safe task talk and Ensure Achieving Project safety plan / aim

• Technical: Assisting Shopping drawing preparation, EI Compliance, RFI rising, Recording Red line Marking drawing, Technical meeting with subcontractors, Technical data collecting of materials same getting approvals
