· Program Delivery manager responsible for SAP application handling Procurement of all the Nissan Motor Ltd.(NML)-Japan plants. Application is used by 9000+ users across 18 automobile plants in Japan.

· Responsible for Implementation & Rollout of application to NML & affiliated Organizations

· Responsible for Application Maintenance operations-AMS (Production Support) of indirect procurement in NML and enhancements of the application.

• The ERP system was an internally developed product and the challenge was to integrate the system for Barcodes only using the internal IT team

• Responsible for Operation Management of Smelter Shop floor
• Responsible for certain number of Smelter pots during Shifts handling Metal Tapping, Plant Maintenance, and breakdown management a shop floor
• Responsible for handling a team of contract workers handling Shop floor operations
• Key Initiatives:
• Worked on process improvements of Point feeders in Smelter pots which resulted in higher efficient of the smelter pots
• Worked on a transportation cost optimization project (BOX-N Wagon) resulting in savings of INR 360 LPA
