Role: Trust and Safety (Content Moderator)

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content (UGC) on a major social media platform to ensure compliance with community guidelines, company standards, and legal regulations.
• Identify and remove scam content, misinformation, illegal activities, and other harmful content in real time.
• Make decisions based on policy knowledge, ethical standards, and platform safety, to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for users.
• Detect and act on content involving financial scams, phishing attempts, and impersonation to protect users and platform integrity.
• Escalate high-risk or borderline cases to senior review teams, or policy specialists.

Customer Support (Voice & Email):

• Handled incoming queries related to UPI transactions, failed payments, refunds, and transaction status via calls and emails.
• Provided end-to-end support for customers using UPI apps to ensure timely resolution within the SLA.
• Logged and tracked payment disputes involving failed or delayed transfers.
• Educated users on UPI usage, safety guidelines, and transaction procedures.

Risk and Scam Prevention Support:

• Worked closely with the Risk Prevention team to identify and support users affected by payment scams and fraud.
• Investigated suspicious transaction patterns and escalated high-risk cases for internal review.
• Guided users on how to report scams and secure their UPI accounts from unauthorized access.
