• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, utilities, fund forecasting, and debt activity
• Monitor and analyze accounting data, producing financial reports and statements
• Coordinate and complete annual audits, implementing corrective actions and system improvements
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
• Assist the team in MSA vetting
• Coordinate with various vendors for signing financial contracts and agreements, ensuring legal compliance

• Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives

• Optimize financial controls, reducing errors by 80%
• Conduct daily project stand-ups for progress tracking
• Oversee ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plans).
