The client company one of the largest financial institutions in Saudi Arabia, plays a major role in supporting the Kingdom’s banking and economic ecosystem. It offers a wide range of retail, corporate, investment, and private banking services to individuals, businesses, and government entities, We are in Data team responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for Informatica PowerCentrer environments. The role involves working closely with data integration teams, developers, and business users to ensure smooth operation of ETL processes and timely resolution of issues.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line and second-line support for Informatica PowerCenter environments.
• Monitor ETL jobs, workflows, and sessions to ensure successful execution and data accuracy.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve system or application errors related to PowerCenter processes.
• Perform root cause analysis and document recurring incidents for continuous improvement.
• Manage job scheduling, dependencies, and performance tuning of PowerCenter workflows.
• Collaborate with developers and database administrators to implement fixes and system enhancements.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on system performance, incidents, and SLAs.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and ensure adherence to support standards and IT policies.

EX - SAMBA Business Intelligence

• Monitor daily data loads and scheduled reports, and escalate issues to senior team members when required.
• Help identify and resolve simple data discrepancies, report errors, and common BI-related technical problems.
• Coordinate with developers, database administrators, and business analysts to support fixes, small changes, and enhancements in BI solutions.
• Maintain and update existing BI reports and data models under guidance, ensuring information remains accurate and consistent.
• Assist end-users with report access, simple usage queries, and basic troubleshooting.
• Record incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues to keep support documentation and knowledge base up to date.

The client company is an American insurer group of automobiles, homes, small businesses and provides financial services products. Our project is an initiative to automate the process of converting legacy policy premium quoting into systematic approach. We are in Data team to handle data movements from legacy system and define data integration and convert into target system.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gathering requirements of the client and preparing requirement analysis document along with the defect creation.
• Handling the Batch failures and analysing the issue why it has failed.
• Perform code reviews, implement validation and support activities
• Handling the development, testing and timely delivery of all the modules coordinating among the onsite and offshore team and maintaining proper coordination between them.
• Involved in Incident Analysis , validation of various applications in the project
• Involved in impact analysis, design and build of projects/Enhancements in system.
• Creating and monitoring batches and sessions using informatica Powercenter.
• ETL Mappings, Mapplets, Workflows, Worklets using Informatica Powercenter 10.4.1
• Designed and developed mappings using Source Qualifier, Expression, Lookup, Router, Aggregator, Filter, Sequence Generator, Update Strategy, Joiner and Rank transformations.
