In this role, I gained valuable hands-on experience in Supply Chain Management, learning every aspect of the stock flow from production to retail. This included overseeing the movement of goods through multiple stages, ensuring timely deliveries, and optimizing inventory management. I was directly involved in warehouse management, where I helped improve processes related to safety, workforce availability, productivity, and efficiency. This included monitoring stock levels, implementing inventory control systems, and ensuring that warehouse operations met safety standards.

Projects

Automated mist irrigation using Arduino board and moisture sensors, This project was done by selecting an area and building a greenhouse around it. With several calculations we were able to select the components required and assembly was done inside the greenhouse. With the application of mist we observed improved growth for the plant and maintained humidity around the plant. Water was used efficiently and with the help of automation human intervention was decreased which increased productivity and the right amount of water was provided at the right time.
