- Digital Ask My HR; Created a digital HR ticket answering bot with a proprietary data lake using historical HR tickets, policies and guidelines. Created a probabilistic three pathway approach to answer the tickets where we get a direct answer or the most relevant citations or a contact to reach out to. This reduced the chance of hallucinated answers to almost nil. Features include dynamic highlighting of relevant sentences in the context used to generate answers, agent-based approach for contact tagging and generation of useful hyperlinks. Used Llama-3 70B model as the backbone of the RAG pipeline.
- Open Source Data Mining; Scraping applications built for multiple marketing and HR use cases. Built custom scrapers for forums and identified public sentiments on relevant topics. Utilized selenium based browser automation to target websites with dynamic JS loading.
- Executive summary dashboarding; Used python as an ETL tool for creating dashboards for management purposes. Worked on insights using travel, headcount and attrition data.
- Canteen Occupancy Detection; Built a multi-view synchronized occupancy counter that detects and tracks the number of people entering and leaving the canteen. Utilized YOLO-v8 for person detection and DeepSORT for tracking.
