  • Playing the RTE/Project Manager role to handle the teams working on the Gen AI Use cases.
  • Primarily responsible for collecting Gen AI use cases from different service areas leads within CIO, prioritizing those use cases in the PI Planning, and aligning those use cases with the respective ATCi (Advanced Technology Centers of India) Scrum Teams.
  • Act as a liaison within Scrum Teams, understand the dependencies and risks, log all the details in the ALM tool, and follow up on closing those impediments. This helps to achieve the Objectives and Key results for the ART.

  • Managed the facilitation and coordination of SAFe process alignment among various teams, prioritizing adherence to Agile methodologies and maintaining efficient execution.

  • And helps to determine the improvement points during the PI duration, and helps the team to adapt to the changes required.
  • Coaching the team to follow up on SAFe Agile processes, including how to calculate velocity and load for the PI, working on metrics, and showcasing to the Train in case of any discrepancies.
  • Helps project management and product owners to ensure and maintain the complete backlog of features required for the PI duration, and maintain issues/dependencies in VERSIONONE.
  • Also, maintain Kanban Story and Task boards for the complete team by creating separate rooms for the teams.
  • Having good knowledge of VersionOne, JIRA, and Confluence since using these ALM Tools to maintain the complete details of entire teams in Agile Release Train.
  • Also played role of Scrum Master, helps to facilitate the Agile ceremonies like Sprint planning, Daily stand up, Sprint Demo, Sprint Retrospective, and Refinement sessions.
