• Line Cabin Maintenance (LCM)
• Rectification of cabin flight defect, pre-flight inspection and operation, trouble shouting of passenger seat including first class, business class, premium economy and economy class
• Preform preventive cabin maintenance as per Singapore Airline cabin maintenance program includes full sweep check of entire cabin areas including first class, business class, premium economy class and economy class
• Perform cabin maintenance check and rectification on report defects on cabin defect logbook (CDL) and Cabin deferred defect logbook (CDDL) before aircraft departure
• Perform other cabin maintenance task ask per request from technical services such as modification, compliance of engineering instruction and special inspection
• Preventive Cabin Maintenance (PCM) second Leader
• FOR FIRST CLASS AND BUSINESS CLASS SEAT INSPECTION:
• Visual inspection and operation checks of the seat backrest, leg rest and footrest through a complete cycle
• Check for its security attachment and general condition
• Check meal table for free play, correct level and general condition
• Check seat cushion and belt for proper installation and condition

GALLEY AND INSERT MAINTENANCE

• Perform general inspection of galley, including the flow check and condition of the faucet and drain
• For the correct condition and security of the waste disposal and cart retention
• Perform cart retainer and compartment door check on all galley and carry out adjustment as required
• Perform lubrication on all compartment door latches, hinges and lock in all galley
• Remove galley strainer to clean and check for general condition and reinstall
• Check all the sign and decals for security and condition
• Perform general inspection and conditions functional cleanliness of the following insert: Coffee Machine, Espresso Machine, Steam Oven, Warming Cabinet, Water Boiler, Wine Chiller

LAVATORY MAINTENANCE

• Perform visual inspection lavatories, including the flow check and condition of faucet and drain, operational check and condition of faucet and drain
• The operational and condition of the toilet system and the condition and the security of waste disposal, dispenser and mirror
• Inspections of all toilet door, amenity compartment and drawer and waste bin flapper of all toilets
