Project1#: FTP

The bot download the file Zip files from the FTP server, inside the zip file there will a multiple note pad file. In the note pad have to perform some process and again Bot will zip the files. Then upload all the zip into FTP server. Here all the files downloaded

by the Bot from the FTP server using windows application (WinSCP).

Project2#: Validation Process

Here business will send the two input files excel and pdf. Already business shared two excel bank holidays details and some specific details. Bot will validate daily input excel with the bank holidays details and specific details. If the input is valid bot will save the input to specific folder then send the PDF to

the business via mail.

Project3#: Journal Upload

Here bot will fetch the input file from the mail(Outlook) and this bot will run for 24*7. Business will send the attachment file mail to bot at any time. The attachment will be in the excel format bot will load the queue with the excel file name along with timestamp. In the particular excel there will be upload button. Bot should click the upload button and need to perform some operation in that excel. Suppose upload is not available then bot will paste all the data from input excel to template and there will 4 type of template base on the file name bot will choose the templates and perform the operation. Once it is done bot will upload the original mail along with attachment in the oracle EBS.

Project4#: EPP

In this process bot will send the decline letter to the customer. Based on few conditions bot will fetch the card number via CLIC API. Bot will search the card number in mainframe application. In the mainframe application bot will do the credit and debit validation anything failed in that validation bot will send the decline letter to the customer. If validation is succeeded then bot will update the notes in mainframe application and close the case via API.

Project5#: Dublin Proof of Delivery

Here the business will send the input file in the excel. Bot will download the excel and start the process suppose if is any issue with the input files Bot will send the reply mail to the sender. If the is no any issue with the input excel Bot will fetch the data. In the oracle application bot will update the shipment details and also update the status into the input excel and then send to the business. Here there are four carrier, out of four carrier three carrier business will send the input excel through mail for the last carrier alone business will send the link through mail BOT will download the input file from chrome browser.

Project6#: Enrolment Process

In this process have to fetch the open case Id’s from Bank application via API and then with help of case IDs we need to get the all the details about the card member. We need to mask the card number and then we have to update in queue. Once we got the card number then we need to enroll the customer in another browser application, then we need to update the notes in the mainframe application. At last, we need close the case Id’s in bank application.

Project7#: Merchant Suspense

Here we need to fetch the case Id’s from the bank application via API and then with the help of bank application UI we need to update notes, sending mail, sending letter, pending and closing the case all the activities should be done based on the scenario. Actually, in the bank account many accounts are inactive for very long period with some amount. So, we trying chase the person via mail, letter, setting up the call etc. If we got any response from the user operation team again, they will open the case and then bot will process again based on operation team notes. After sent 1st intimation the bot will pending the case based on the business requirement days, by following one by one intimation bot will reduce the pending time. At last, once we complete all the chasing activity bot will transfer their amount into bank account. So, all the amount will be transfer into bank account by updating the notes in mainframe application and case Id will be closed in bank application.

Project8#: Cleaning the Debit balance

Here input will be present the shared dive, we have to get the account details using OLED. Those account are cancelled card so we need to transfer all the amount in the particular bank account and then we need to update the notes in mainframe application. Before updating the notes in mainframe application, we have to do some validation based on the business requirement. In the mainframe application while updating the notes we need to create the case Id using Julian day, today’s date and time which is available in mainframe.

Project9#: Fetching Business address

Here business will send the input mail via secure mail, the input will contain the card number. Then in the java application bot needs to run the query with the help of card number. Then we will be getting all the details about the card number. So, in that we need to fetch the first name, last name, mid name, Phone number and complete address, but the thing is we will be getting lot of columns for the single customer so we need to extract the expected data from then java application then we have to copy and paste into the excel file. At last, we need to send the output file in secure mail.

Project10#: No Med No Den

Here business will update the claim details on daily bases in main frame application bot needs to pick all the claims and need to validate the claims details another mainframe application based on the validation bot will perform different action like route the claim, send the letter using client application and need to updated these claim details in another main frame application. At last bot will send the summary report to the client.
