Project Description  : ServiceNow application automatically assigns and prioritizes incoming work requests based on agent availability, capacity and skill level. This project is used to perform tasks like windows & linux administration, system upgrading, software installations and also providing user access by the tickets triggered in ServiceNow.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Managing Windows, Linux and Networking Systems.

· Upgrading, installing, and configuring application software and computer hardware.

· Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees.

· Creating and managing system permissions and user accounts.

· Performing regular security tests and security monitoring.
