Description:

Lyca Mobile is a leading MVNO telecom provider across Europe offering low-cost international mobile services. The project involved automating the online sales reconciliation system to ensure that online top-up transactions matched customer account balances, improving financial accuracy and preventing revenue leakage.

Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

• Designed and developed complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, CTEs, views, and user-defined functions for reconciliation logic and validation.
• Implemented SSIS packages for automated ETL workflows, integrating data from multiple telecom systems and ensuring data quality through transformation and error handling.
• Performed query optimization, indexing strategies, and execution plan analysis to enhance database performance and reduce query execution time.
• Developed parameterized SSRS reports for transaction summaries, reconciliation mismatches, and financial KPIs, with automated scheduling via SQL Server Agent.
