• Installation & Configuring of Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Version 14
• Creation of SEP installation package for Servers and clients.
• Configuration of Group Update Provider (GUP), Multiple GUP’s, and Explicit GUP’s for Roaming Clients using live update policy.

• Responsible to Manage and maintain Symantec Altiris patch management and Zoho Manage Engine Endpoint Central tools, and ensure all the Windows Endpoints are patched with latest patches released by Microsoft.
• Install and manage of Symantec Data Loss Prevention, Ensuring Data security by creating policies and by making sure that sensitive and critical data are being protected.
• Install and troubleshoot Symantec Data Center Security and ensure client servers are malware protected.
• Basic Experience in Symantec Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
• Hands on Experience in Manage Engine Service Desk Plus Ticketing tool.
• Hands on Experience in Manage Engine Endpoint central for modules like Endpoint Patching, Device and Application whitelisting

• Worked with Cisco and HP routers.

• Monitoring and Troubleshooting WAN, LAN Links and resolving the network related issues with ISPs such as BSNL, Airtel etc.

• Worked in Routing protocols such as BGP

• Responsible for resolving trouble tickets raised by client through phone, mail or Remote access.

• Handled 1941,2600,2811,3800 series cisco routers

• As a “Graduate Engineer”, I worked in development of web UI for Customer configuration and Product configuration modules. The work involved Network support and Anti-Virus Maintenance.
