• Gathered and analyzed data from Microsoft regarding KnowMe updates, including the addition/removal of contracts and customers, to ensure the application stays aligned with customer needs.
• Coordinated with Microsoft and Infosys teams to align on project outcomes, implementing necessary changes based on client feedback.
• Engaged in discussions and calls with both Microsoft and Infosys as needed, beyond regular meetings, to resolve issues and enhance application features.
